Free shipping on orders $200 +
US- $14.99 on all orders
MADE-TO-ORDER MEANS A LITTLE DIFFERENT.
Because our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or refunds simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, colour, or item, or no longer want the product.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly produced, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged, defective, misprinted, or lost-package issues, Please submit your claims within 7 days of delivery to allow for faster investigation.
Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. Returns require approval and instructions before being sent.
